The double head pocket spring coiling machine is suitable for the production of mattress and sofa pocket springs, integrating wire feeding, forming, heat treatment, compressed to pocketed. It adopts PLC program control and full touch screen operation.
It's composed of two independently controlled semi-numerical control spring coiling heads, which can freely choose single-head or dou- ble-head during operation and easily realize different zones pocket spring unit production.
In the production process, using ultrasonic welding, servo-controlled wire feeding, its accurate and fast, production efficiency can reach 100 springs per minute.
